Chris Lanzilli
Co-Founder & Head of AI Strategy
Before SaveYa Tech, Chris Lanzilli was a professional baseball player. Before that, one of the top outfield prospects in the country. He competed at Wake Forest and the University of Arkansas before signing professionally with the Chicago White Sox.
When his playing career ended, the competitive drive didn't go anywhere. It just found a new arena. He dove headfirst into the world of AI and automation, learning the craft alongside Matthew and on his own, and hasn't stopped since. That same work ethic that got him to professional baseball is what he brings to every client and every problem SaveYa takes on.
Matthew Loveland
Co-Founder & Head of AI Engineering
Matthew spent nearly three decades at the center of enterprise automation, designing the systems that hospitals, international banks, pharmaceutical companies, and public transportation networks quietly ran on. He co-patented tools that became industry standards and was the sole developer of an enterprise scheduling system used across massive corporate migrations at EMC.
Outside of that world, he built a reputation as one of the most trusted AI and automation freelancers in the country, earning the highest credibility rating on Upwork through nothing but the quality of his work. That's where he and Chris crossed paths, and what started as a collaboration quickly became something bigger. Matthew brings that same precision to every client SaveYa works with.
Hank
AI Employee
Hank is SaveYa's AI employee, named after Chris's dog and arguably just as loyal. He's trained completely on SaveYa's business and handles client communication around the clock: emails, texts, phone calls, negotiations, support, and real business decisions. Not a chatbot. Not a script. An actual employee who knows the business inside and out and never clocks out.
